Pixel terms
The rules, in plain English.
Short version: be honest, own your artwork, and remember that a claim is forever.
What you're buying
You're buying the right to display one image and one link across a specific set of pixel coordinates on this website's homepage, for as long as the website exists. You are not buying shares, equity, land, cryptocurrency or any financial instrument.
Claims are permanent
Pixels are sold once. They cannot be moved, resold through us, refunded or reclaimed. This permanence is the entire point of the wall, so please double-check your selection, artwork and link before you claim.
Artwork rules
You must own or be licensed to use the image you upload. No illegal content, no hate speech, no sexually explicit material, no malware, no content that impersonates another business, and nothing designed to mislead visitors about where a click leads.
Link rules
Your destination must be a working, publicly accessible web address that follows the same content rules as your artwork. Links to malware, phishing pages or scams are removed without refund.
Removal
We will only remove a block if it breaks these rules or the law. If that happens the pixels are retired rather than resold, and no refund is due.
Sell-out
When all one million pixels are claimed, purchasing closes permanently. No further pixels will ever be created, and the grid will not be reset, extended or duplicated.
Availability
We intend to keep this wall online indefinitely and will give notice on the site if anything ever affects that. Nothing here is a guarantee of traffic, clicks, sales or search ranking.
